The shareholders of the Harris Insight Funds approved, effective May 18, 2006, the appointment of Phoenix Investment Counsel, Inc. (“PIC”), as the Adviser and Harris Investment Management, Inc. as the Sub-Adviser to each Fund other than the Bond Fund, High Yield Bond Fund, International Fund, and Emerging Markets Fund; the Vontobel Asset Management, Inc., as Sub-Adviser to the International Fund and Emerging Markets Fund; and Seneca Capital Management, LLC (an affiliate of PIC) as Sub-Adviser to the Bond Fund and High Yield Bond Fund. In addition, the Harris Insight Funds were renamed the Phoenix Insight Funds. The new distributor of the Funds will be Phoenix Equity Planning Corporation.
